The University of Southern Mississippi (“the University”) is committed to the safety and security of the Southern Miss community. Our annual federal compliance document contains crime statistics as well as policies, procedures, and programs concerning campus safety and security, including processes for responding to emergency situations or sexual offenses. Among the crime statistics included are three years of statistics for certain types of crimes reported to have occurred on campus, in or on off-campus building(s) or property(ies) or property(ies) controlled by the University and on public property within or immediately adjacent to the campus.
